When you buy a product from Dilshare and you feel any problem with it, then returning that product is as easy as buying it.
आपको उसके लिए डीलशेयर ऐप पर कोई टिपिकल प्रोसेस फॉलो करने की जरुरत नहीं है और न ही आपको डील शेयर की वेबसाइट पर जा कर कोई टिपिकल मेल कम्प्लेनड करने की। इसके लिए आपको बस डील शेयर के कस्टमर केयर पर काल करना है और कस्टमर एग्जीक्यूटिव को उस प्रोडक्ट के वापसी का कारण बताना है।
You do not need to follow any typical process on the DealShare app for the same. Nor do you have to do any typical mail complaint by visiting the DealShare website. For this, all you need to do is call the customer care of DealShare and tell the reason for the return of the product to the customer executive.
ज्यादातर प्रोडक्ट के वापसी इसी प्रकार से हो जाती है। इसके बाद कुछ इस प्रकार के केस भी होते हैं जिनमे कस्टमर एग्जीक्यूटिव आपको उस प्रोडक्ट की वीडियो बनाने के बारे मैं भी बोल सकते हैं । पर उसमें भी परेशां होने की जरुरत नहीं है । आपको बस अपने मोबाइल से उस प्रोडक्ट का एक वीडियो बनान है और साथ मैं आपको उस प्रोडक्ट मैं मिली प्रॉब्लम की जानकारी भी देनी है । यहाँ जानकारी आप अपनी भाषा मैं या अंग्रेजी (जिसमे आपको सहूलियत हो) मैं दे सकते है। उसके बाद आपको इस वीडियो को वाटसऐप से डील शेयर की कस्टमर केयर वाले नंबर पर भेज देना है । (कस्टमर केयर का नंबर ब्लॉग के अंत मैं दिया है ) इसके बाद आपको कुछ ही समाया (Acknowledgment Message) यानि स्वीकृति सन्देश मिल जाएगा।
This is how most products are returned. After this there are also some such cases in which the customer executive can also tell you about making a video of that product. But there is no need to worry about that either. All you have to do is make a video of that product from your mobile and also you have to give information about the problem found in that product. Here you can give information in your language or in English (in which you are comfortable). After that you have to send this video by WhatsApp to the customer care number of DealShare. (Customer care number is given at the end of the blog) After this you will get an Acknowledgement Message in your WhatsApp number.

इस प्रोसेस के बाद डीलशेयर की आधीकारी आपको सात दिनों की भीतर आपके सामान की वापसी का भरोसा दिलाते हैं । और सामान वापसी की 48 घंटो मैं आपके पैसे आपके डीलशेयर वॉलेट मैं आ जाते है। जिनको आप अगली खरादारी मैं इस्तेमाल कर सकते है।
After this process, DealShare officials assure you to return your item within seven working days. And your money comes to your DealShare wallet within 48 hours of returning the item. Which you can use in the next shopping.
